At MOVA Globes, we want you to be completely mesmerized by your purchase; if you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure your home decor experience is as seamless and fluid as the rotation of our globes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your MOVA Globe in its original internal foam packaging and outer box to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the returned globe, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
